Transforming NDIS Participation
We are a group of higher-skilled-level support and coordinator workers who provide quality NDIS organisation and mental health-assisted care. As an NDIS collective, we assist members by providing assisted therapy, medication management, coaching, and more. We help our participants connect with one of our preferred third-party specialists who can meet their needs and is available online or in person.

It’s essential for us that our participants get personalised suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our participants’ needs, wants and wishes.

Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their goals daily. Typically, meetings are plan-staged.

Coordination session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your NDIS plan based on your needs and liaising with allied therapists to provide plan-based assessments and reports. This includes a report of fifteen minutes.
45 mins | $100.14 | Get started
Coaching session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve plan and personal goals. This includes a report of fifteen minutes.

Meeting access to NDIS session
In-person only, this session helps alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions. This includes relevant printouts.
