The founder and Director of KoaHanii has many years’ experience in the industry from the ground roots as a support worker, all the way through to management for other companies. Their passion was for the people, the clients that they got to work with everyday was the reason they went to work. However, they didn’t feel that their values were always aligned with the organisations they worked for as many of them didn’t share this same vision.
KoaHanii was established in a small garage of a family home in 2020 by the Company Director, Joshua O’Dwyer. He has since worked tirelessly to build the business up to where it stands today in its new office at Logan Village. The vision remains the same, “clients first”, however, he now has a much larger mission statement that also includes his employees. KoaHanii believes in taking care of their staff and demonstrates this by presenting as a values-based organisation with many benefits and support that is not commonly supplied in this industry.
KoaHanii will continue to grow with exciting plans for a new ventures and exciting ne opportunities that you will benefit from. This will be a community experience like no other where people can come to connect, learn and achieve outcomes they never thought possible.
